Preparation

Make sure the surface is dry and free of dust, splinters and damage before you start by using a stiff brush

Application

• Ensure the surface is dry, dust-free, and grease-free.
• Remove any loose or defective parts from the surface.
• Sanding is not required unless a smooth finish is desired.
• Stir Energol thoroughly before use.
• Apply Energol using a flat brush, roller, or spray.
• For best results, apply in the direction of the wood grain.
• Wait for the first coat to dry completely (approximately 16 hours) before applying a second coat.
• For bare wood, we recommend applying three coats.
• Once the desired color is achieved in the first or second layer, use Energol natural to finish for maximum protection.
